On display in Hall 5 – Stand C22, the 490 Open decisively interprets the Fjord Yachts philosophy, combining essential design, performance, and a concept of space completely oriented towards outdoor living. At Boot 2026, this boat will appeal to an international audience of owners and professionals looking for a new generation walkaround.
Designed by Marco Casali, the Fjord 490 Open stands out for its continuous walkaround layout, designed to ensure maximum fluidity of movement and natural use of the various areas on board. The new T-Top defines the boat's profile and helps to create a protected but bright environment, ideal for advanced day cruising and extended outings.
From a technical point of view, the Volvo Penta IPS engine, available in 700 or 800 versions, enhances the hull and ensures performance, efficiency, and maneuvering precision, elements that are now central to the Fjord offering. The possibility of customizing materials, layout, and finishes completes a project designed to adapt to the owner's sailing style.
