Two versions, extraordinary performance

Available in two configurations, the Fjord 490 adapts to different cruising styles:

• Open version: powered by two mighty Volvo Penta engines of 800 hp each, it reaches a top speed of 34 knots.
• Sport version: equipped with three Mercury Verado V12 engines of 600 hp, it delivers breathtaking performance up to 45 knots.

Innovation and safety in every detail

As with every Fjord model, the focus is on creating a safe and sturdy hull, able to tackle any sea condition with reliability and comfort. For the first time in the range, the Fjord 490 introduces folding aft bulwarks, further expanding the liveable space on board.

Functional design and customisable interiors

The deck follows the typical walkaround configuration, with a layout designed to maximise conviviality and comfort. The interiors offer a wide range of fit-out options:

• A full-beam master cabin, positioned amidships.
• A customisable bow area, with the option to choose between an elegant saloon or a second cabin, depending on cruising or day-outing needs.

Making the onboard experience unique is also the natural light, thanks to a side window a full 7 metres long, offering a unique connection with the sea.
